The Family Room: Leading from the kitchen and breakfast nook in to the family room or great room. Here you will find very comfortable leather sectional seating arrangement for the family to gather around and watch TV on the 42” plasma screen. Brighthouse provide the cable package which includes movies on demand, free movies, news, sports, Latino and HD channels and oh so many more including BBCAMERICA |
| For ease, the family room and hall are tiled areas and are separated from the kitchen area by a breakfast bar, but still gives that great American open plan living style which enhances family life. Sliding patio doors lead out to the pool area, there is also a huge ceiling fan suspended from the vaulted ceiling. |

Further down the hall towards the front door there is another more formal lounge and dining area. This luxurious room offers quality furnishings including a leather recliner. Here is a retreat to sit and relax, read, have a snooze, or to end the day with a relaxing evening drink. A lovely place for the adults to ‘chill’. |
| The queen sized sofa is also a sleeper, enabling accommodation for 12 guests in comfort and style. Adjacent is the formal dining area for those family occasions and festive times. A large Christmas tree and decorations are in place throughout December – please see the photos for further information. |

 My husband & I have stayed at this villa on both of our visits to Florida, the first was our honeymoon in September 2008 and more recently in October 2010. We found the villa to be very clean and well maintained and it had everything we needed to have a relaxing & thoroughly enjoyable holiday...We can't recommend this villa highly enough and can't wait to return!  |
