Wth 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate WC, this villa can comfortably sleep 12. The loft area contains a sofa bed and can become bedroom 6.

Bedroom 1- The Master bedroom
Luxuriously furnished, The Master bedroom is located upstairs and has a King sized bed, TV, phone and en-suite attached. This is a fabulous room with an oriental feel to it.

En-suite - master bathroom comprising His n' hers vanity units with:

  • A separate toilet
  • A large walk in shower cubicle
  • Walk in dressing closet
  • Large tub.

There are also 2 bedrooms located downstairs with sliding doors leading to the pool area.
Bedroom 4 is US queen sized bed, with closet, tv, and sliding door which leads to the pool area.

Bedroom 5 has full US king sized bed with a closet.
Bedroom 2 - is also located upstairs with a Queen sized bed and shares a family bathroom with shower over tub with Bedroom 3.
  • Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Bath with Shower, Bath (no shower), Shower Enclosure, 2 vanity units, tub, Sepertate W.C.,large shower cubicle
  • Bathroom 2 - Toilet, Bath with Shower, W.C. Tub with shower over, storage cupboard
  • Bathroom 3 - Toilet, Bath with Shower, W.C. Tub with shower over, storage cupboard
  • Bathroom 4 - Toilet, half bath w.c. only downstairs
Bedroom 3 - is also located upstairs with a Queen sized bed and shares a family bathroom with shower over tub with Bedroom 2.

The Loft

This is an area at the top of the grand stairs – the landing, here you can find a small desk with high speed internet access.

There is also a huge leather chair which rock and reclines, a glass ‘Pub’ table with 2 chairs in case you just would like to take a snack and a drink and escape for some ‘surfing’ of the inner veins of your eyelids!!

Parties with children can note that the hall and family room area is tiled for ease with pushchairs and spills. A crib and a high chair can be made available.
