My husband & I have stayed at this villa on both of our visits to Florida, the first was our honeymoon in September 2008 and more recently in October 2010. We found the villa to be very clean and well maintained and it had everything we needed to have a relaxing & thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

It is on a gated complex, the only one we saw on Poinciana and this made us feel very safe and secure. The villa is ideally located for the Disney & Universal Parks which are only a 15 min drive away. If you are looking to venture further afield to say the beaches on either coastline, then the main freeway is only a 10 min drive away.

The restaurants, bars and local shops and supermarkets are a 5 min drive away and there are plenty to choose from. Of all the hundreds of things to do and places to visit, our favourite is the very quaint, somewhat quirky Town called Celebration.

We sat and relaxed over delicious ice cream whilst watching the alligators watching the fisherman. We can't recommend this villa highly enough and can't wait to return!
