Arrival and Departure: Unless there has been a prior agreement, the villa will be available for you after 4pm on your day of arrival,
and you must vacate the villa by 11am on the day of departure.
Inclusions: The prices above include electricity, linen,
towels (please use your own beach/pool towels), and villa cleaning (at the end of your stay).
Pool heating (for cooler months Oct to Apr): this is an optional extra, costing £14 ($25 plus tax) per day, or £85 ($150 plus tax) per week.
Daily rental rates: Stays of 6 nights or less will incur a villa cleaning charge of £60 ($95 plus tax).
Security Deposit rates: £200 or $300.
Holiday Season rates: Minimum 7 nights, price includes pool heating.
